Palmient specializes in implementation for financial services, especially the digital transformation programs that are too complex, too political, or too technically ambiguous for a generalist. We advise on them, train your team, or deliver hands-on. You'll always work with a senior, never a junior consultant learning on your dime. The name is literal: palm + client, an old-fashioned handshake agreement that we'll get it done.

My path wasn't a straight line: mechanical engineering, then oil & gas, then an MBA at Ivey, then capital markets, then a coding bootcamp, and finally four years leading digital transformation inside some of North America's largest banks. That range is the point. It's what lets me sit between the business and the technology and actually move a program forward.
